George Katsoris, the sweetest soul on Staten Island passes at 94 years old. George Katsoris owned Supreme Chocolatier, which was passed down to him from his father Emmanuel Katsoris. He was a very well-known candy maker that built an empire off of his passion, proving he is the truest candy man by being inducted into the Candy Hall of Fame. Katsoris lived a long life filled with sweet travels, visiting chocolate and candy factories all over the world innovating candy throughout his life, making it what it is today.
